.SH DESCRIPTION
The \fBupscli_ssl()\fP function takes the pointer \fIups\fP to a
UPSCONN state structure. It only returns 1 if SSL support has been
compiled into the \fBupsclient\fR library, and if it was successfully
enabled for this connection.
