The \fB nutscan_cidr_to_ip()\fR function converts a range of IP address in the CIDR format given as a string in \fI cidr\fR , to two IPs in strings pointed by \fI start_ip\fR and \fI stop_ip\fR which can be used as input paramters in the scanning functions of the libnutscan API\& . It is the caller\(cq s responsability to free \fI start_ip\fR and \fI stop_ip\fR strings\& .
